1. WHAT THIS COVERS
This license covers every digital product PAINKLLR provides, whether you paid for it or downloaded it free: training plans and training packs, race-week templates, wallpapers, screensavers, guides, workbooks, and any other file you download from painkllr.com or the app. Playlists live on Spotify and are governed by Spotify's terms. By downloading or buying any of these, you accept this license.
2. WHAT YOU MAY DO
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, keep and use the product for your own training and personal use, on any devices you own, for as long as you like. You may print it for yourself. You may adapt a template for your own use, for example filling in your own race-week plan.
Coaches and clubs who want to use a plan or pack with the people they coach need a separate agreement. Write to hello@painkllr.com and we'll sort one out.
3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
You may not sell, rent, lend, give away, share, re-host, post, or otherwise distribute the product or any part of it, in its original form or modified, whether for money or not. That includes forwarding a paid pack to a friend, putting it in a shared drive or group chat, or uploading it anywhere public.
You may not use the product to build a competing product or service, remove or alter any PAINKLLR name, mark, credit or notice, claim the work as your own, or use wallpapers, screensavers and photographs in anything commercial, including merchandise and advertising.
4. OWNERSHIP
Buying a digital product buys you the license above, not the product itself. PAINKLLR and its licensors keep all rights, title and interest in every file, including the copyright in the writing, design, photography and training methodology. Nothing in this license transfers any intellectual property to you.
5. DELIVERY & ACCESS
Free downloads unlock on the page once you've left an email. Paid products are delivered to the email address you give at checkout and, where you have a PAINKLLR account, appear under your account's downloads so you can fetch them again later.
Download links in emails can expire for security. If one does, sign in to your account or contact us and we'll issue a new one. We may update a product after you buy it; when we do, the updated version is available to you at no extra cost.
6. NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because a digital product can't be returned once it's been delivered, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. We say this clearly on the product page and at checkout before you pay. If a file is corrupt or a download genuinely doesn't work, contact us and we'll fix the delivery. 7. TRAINING IS ON YOU
Training plans and packs are general programmes written for healthy adults. They are not medical advice and they aren't written for your individual body, history or conditions. Check with a doctor before starting any new training, especially if you have a heart condition, injury, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a while. Stop if something hurts.
You take part in any training at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, PAINKLLR isn't liable for injury, illness or loss arising from following a plan.
8. NO WARRANTY
Digital products are provided "as is". We work hard on them, but we don't promise a particular result, race time, or that a file will work on every device or with every piece of software. Where the law gives you rights that can't be excluded, nothing here reduces them.
9. IF THE LICENSE ENDS
If you breach this license, for example by redistributing a paid pack, the license ends immediately, you must delete every copy, and we may close your account and refuse future sales. No refund is due. Sections 3, 4, 7 and 8 continue to apply after the license ends.
10. CHANGES & CONTACT
Products you've already bought stay under the license that applied when you bought them. New downloads use the current version. Questions to hello@painkllr.com.
