PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

PAINKLLR ("we," "our," or "us") operates the PAINKLLR mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access the App. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email, name, and optional profile details such as Instagram handles or Strava profiles to personalize your experience.

Health & Fitness Data: You may voluntarily provide baseline fitness information including race times, target paces, and strength benchmarks. Workout logs, pace data, and heart rate information collected after exercise are used exclusively for personalized training recommendations.

Event & RSVP Data: Registration details, entry numbers, and attendance status are collected to facilitate event management, digital pass generation, and raffle eligibility.

Device Information: We collect device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications and improve performance. Precise location data is only collected with your explicit consent.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the App experience. This data is not connected to your identity.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information for account creation, personalized training programs with pace zones and heart rate targets, workout tracking, event processing, push notifications, motivational content delivery, app optimization, and account communications.

4. TRACKING & ADVERTISING

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not engage in targeted advertising, share data with advertising networks, access Apple identifiers for advertising, or participate in data broker activities.

5. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Information sharing occurs only through Supabase for secure data storage, transactional email services, event partners (with prior disclosure), and when required by law. All third parties maintain equivalent data protection standards.

6. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and row-level security policies ensuring users access only their own data. Our infrastructure provider maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Account data, training information, and event records are retained until you request deletion. You may request complete account deletion by contacting admin@painkllr.com. Data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also request restrictions on processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, or object to processing. Submit requests to admin@painkllr.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware of inadvertent collection from a minor, we will immediately delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact admin@painkllr.com.

10. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

With your consent, we send notifications about workouts, events, articles, raffle results, and milestones. You may disable notifications through your device settings or app preferences without affecting core functionality.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may contain links to external services. PAINKLLR is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

12. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)

California residents may request disclosure of collected information categories, deletion of personal information, opt-out of data sales, and freedom from discrimination for exercising privacy rights. PAINKLLR does not sell personal information.

13. INTERNATIONAL USERS

If you are located outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Your continued use of the App constitutes consent to this transfer.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or push notification. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
