1. WHAT THIS COVERS
This policy applies to everything PAINKLLR runs: painkllr.com, the PAINKLLR app, training groups, community runs and sessions, event registration, photo galleries, downloads, and the messages you send us. It sits alongside our Terms of Service; if the two ever disagree, the Terms win. By using any of it, you agree to the rules below.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
One person, one account. Your account is yours alone. Don't share your login, don't sign in as someone else, and don't create accounts with false details or with an email that isn't yours.
Keep it accurate. Registrations, waivers, emergency contacts and race-day details need to be true. A wrong emergency contact is a safety problem, not a paperwork problem.
Age. You must be at least 18 to hold an account, or 13 with a parent or guardian who accepts these rules for you. Some events set their own minimum age.
4. AT EVENTS
Follow the course, the marshals and the safety briefing. Only registered athletes race under their own entry: no running with a bib that isn't yours, no giving your entry to someone who hasn't completed registration and the waiver. Respect venues, neighbours and the people around you, and leave the place as you found it.
Anyone whose behaviour endangers others, or who ignores staff instructions, can be removed from an event without refund and barred from future ones.
5. THINGS YOU UPLOAD OR SHARE
Whatever you add, whether it's a profile photo, a message, a group post or something you send us, must be yours to share and lawful. Don't upload other people's copyrighted work, private information or anything abusive. By sharing it with us, you give PAINKLLR permission to store and display it as needed to run the service.
Photos of other people. Our galleries are for the athletes in them. Download your own photos freely. Don't take someone else's image and use it to harass, misrepresent or sell to them.
6. GALLERIES, DOWNLOADS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Event photos, wallpapers, screensavers, templates, training plans and packs are licensed for your personal use under our Digital Product License. Don't resell, re-host, redistribute or bulk-download them, and don't strip watermarks or credits. Sharing a paid pack with people who didn't buy it is a breach of this policy and of that license.
7. TECHNICAL LIMITS
Use the site and the app the way a person would. Don't scrape, crawl or harvest data or email addresses; don't run bots against forms, sign-ups, RSVPs or registration; don't bypass the bot checks, rate limits, paywalls or access controls; and don't probe, overload or attack our systems or those of our partners.
Don't reverse-engineer the app, interfere with other users' sessions, or upload anything designed to damage software or devices. If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@painkllr.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before sharing it.
8. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU BREAK THESE RULES
Depending on what happened, we may remove content, warn you, suspend or close your account, cancel registrations, remove you from an event or group, or refuse future entries. Serious matters go to the authorities. We decide these things in good faith and will tell you what we did and why, unless doing so would put someone at risk.
9. REPORTING A PROBLEM
If someone is behaving in a way this policy doesn't allow, tell us through the contact page or at hello@painkllr.com. Include what happened, where and when. We take reports seriously and we won't punish anyone for reporting in good faith.
10. CHANGES
We update this policy when the service changes. The effective date at the top tells you when it last moved. Material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
