For full price items: to request an exchange or return, please Submit a Request Here within 15 days of receiving the time(s).
Item(s) must be sent back in original/sale-able condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if return merchandise is in sale-able condition.

Exchanges are complimentary for all US Domestic orders.
Allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be reflected on the original card used for purchase.
Customers are responsible for returns at their cost.
We do not offer credit notes, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. No exceptions.
All sales are final on sale items and certain Final Sale items including but not limited to socks, face masks, etc.
Please be aware all International Orders (outside of U.S.A) may be subject to sale tax, import duties and custom charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country and vary depending on numerous factors. Please contact your local customers for further information.
